Team Structure And Training

Five Oceans removals and storage full time art and object handlers have a wealth of experience which is shared and communicated through flexible team structures that encourage the spread of skills. New members of staff are put through an induction process and a series of placements with experienced staff to ensure consistency in our handling procedures. Written handling standards underpin each Technician's personal training plan. Ongoing performance management is augmented with an annual appraisal, where each member of staff is able to discuss their longer term development. We have a good range of experience and skills to create the most appropriate team for each project.
